By posting my everyday adventures, I hope to be able to keep on track. I already know the weekend isn't going to work , so that's at least planned.

Today, I needed to change my trigger. I walk through that doorway so many times, I couldn't get my thinking wrapped around the idea that I needed to pay attention. So, my new trigger is the door(s) going outside, either door. By going outside, I'm changing my location, and it's easier to change my thinking also. We'll see if it works. I'm in and out… Continue

I started Kamana One this morning. I'm trying to remember my trigger point, it's easy, the doorway between the kitchen and living room, I go through there all day long, but this trigger stuff is work, but good work! Started working on the Resource Trail also and learned that Black Widows and Brown Recluse spiders are much smaller than I had imagined. I've always let the spiders that live in the corners of the rooms stay there, I think it adds character!

I picked up Kamana One yesterday at the post office. This morning I sat on the front porch listening to two hummingbirds battling over the feeders (there are two feeders, you'd think they could share) and read the introductions, took the pop quiz and am all ready to start tomorrow morning. So excited to start, but know that I'm terrible at commitments, so I'm scared that I'll loose interest and not finish. One step at a time!!
