Billa, I am a participant at the site, like you, but have been active here mostly helping other participants to explore their discoveries in nature. My expertise is primarily in plants, but am knowledgeable in other ways. Stop by my camp and check out some of the interesting explorations of other participants. I visited Australia backing 1989, but spent my time there youth hostelling in the southeast between Sydney and Melbourne. My wife and I have friends in Hartley Vale (just west of the Blue Mountains). It was a beautiful open country. Please let me know if I may answer your plant identification questions, I often can help at a distance. It’s important to get to know life that shares the place where you live.
