"Mindfulness in Nature" - Join Free Online Course at www.getwildacademy.com

Hello everybody,

I am new to this community and like to share an initiative from Sweden - Mindfulness in Nature - on creating your own Mindfulness Outdoor Workshop. We have had 120 people signing up from all over the world and I thought you might be interested. It is all for free, inspired by Joseph Cornell in "Sharing Nature". You find it here:

www.getwildacademy.com

Great initiative you have here. I love to learn more about what you are up to.

All the best
/Carl
