So glad to meet some one in NC. I'm trying to get connected to the land there, any good websites that have flora of mtns? I'm a K4 student and have been living here since 1994. I'm nervous about leaving all my familiar plants and land.I'm am excited though to be starting a new chapter and life, whenever we sell our place. We can't move till then. We have a yurt and cabin on 6 acres in the eastern cascade mtns. I'm a bit tired of the snow, winters are very long here. I'm glad to see the firefly gathering happening. Also, to see the Earth School down south of Asheville. How many hrs. from Asheville? Please feel free to clue me in to any thing awesome happening there or things I should know about. Ren Fairs? Excited to have more to do, places to eat and such.
