The Cove was fantastic...you gotta go!!!

Went to see The Cove...it was fabulous. Well written Bx directed...it runs like an "Oceans 11" plot, but it's a documentary. It was appropriate for my 12 year old to see. Beautiful cinematography. Thought-provoking message. Call to action, and pathways to participate in them. Change is happening because of this movie.

See this movie! Links below.

Join Me in Ending Dolphin Slaughter...see "The Cove" on Thursday

I'd like to invite you to share in a very important film on Thursday afternoon. This is a limited run film and showing in very few places in our area. Thursday will be it's last showing in this location. If you cannot attend Thursday, I urge you to see this film in another location.

Last night, Jeff surprised me with attendance at the Crosby, Stills and Nash concert, which was absolutely amazing. At one point, David Crosby spoke about the song they were going to sing, "To

Got Facebook? MySpace? Tweets?

Got too many social profiles already...Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Bebo, LinkedIn?

Try putting them all into what is known as an "aggregator" where your peeps (and you) can see all your profiles in one place! Pretty darn cool!

Here's mine:

The Internet's Profile & Contact Directory.

As always...ask if you need help!

Hey Laurie!
I just got my first 'friend' invite through this site! Haven't heard from Coley for a long time. That seemed to work fine, but I have a question.. I've been getting emails to my yahoo acct that say a comments been sent to me in the Wilderness Village. When I go to my page I cannot find the messages/comments. What am I doing wrong?
On another note, how are jobs and rentals in the valley and surrounding area? I am planning on moving and I'm scouting for possibilities.
Hope you are well, lots of love,
-Alex

I am one of the students in the upcoming Anake program and just can't seem to figure out how to get in. Could you help me out with that? Thanks.

Hi Laurie,

I will let people know about this initiative via the online course we are offering (people sign up and get links to the course via e-mail). Are there other forum you think I should get in contact with to share your initiative and Getwildacademy.com ?

ps. I was never in the rez program, that evolved later. Don't know what tribe I'd be in. Me, Mark, Tim, and Greg have been referred to as the 'Lost Boys'. Maybe we should start a new tribe...

The race was incredible. A lot of the expedition skills I learned tracking translated well to a 515 mile horserace. Keep going and keep a positive attitude no matter what. The inauguration was awesome, even though we were a few blocks away from the biggest crowd I've ever been near. We were part of the "Purple Gate" crowd that even with tickets from Senators could not get in. Watched on a flat screen TV a few blocks away in a restaurant with a friend from Alaska, a girl from Guyana, a couple from Britain and a couple from Ireland. The energy was charged and we stayed warm.
