The Kamana is a home study course so you dont have to travel for it. I highly recomend the kamana it is the best way i know to learn all about nature that you live in. It gives you the map on what and how to study and learn nature by where you live. You get a spot in nature that you visit and study.
The spirirt tracking class was also fun but it was just a day class that i did. You will get alot more out of the kamana course. The class is good and it is nice to be around other trackers of different levels. But spirit tracking is still a higher level than i am tracking at. We did some good excersises though to help our sensitivity to nature. I think that spirirt tracking comes later after years of tracking and doing things like kamana to realy understand nature and your intuition is trained on nature.
Your friend Garth, hope this is helpful im writing before work and not proof reading. feel free to ask more if i didnt write clearly.

Hello Garth, I noticed that you shred that you have taken classes in Kamana and Spirit Tracking. Would you share your impressions of those experiences? I live a long way from the Northwest, and am curious. All Good Medicine, Lee Pridmore
